How we started
Over a decade of servicing Texas
Structured Developments was founded in 2026 by a developer who believed the industry needed a different kind of firm — one that combined the financial discipline of institutional capital with the hands-on accountability of a family-owned builder. After serving Texas as a licensed electrician for over a decade we're determined to implement our on site experiences and craftsmanship into our development process.
Starting with a single residential project in south Texas, we plan to grow project by project, market by market, earning a reputation for delivering on time, on budget, and to a standard that holds up for decades.
Today we operate across Texas with a goal to build a lasting and reputable portfolio that will make our partners proud.
